The war between the international recording industry and the Moscow-based Web site Allofmp3.com has escalated. Allofmp3.com, which is the world's highest-volume seller of pirated music, recently announced that they would begin to make all of their music available for free with a new type of ad-supported software. This new development is particularly significant because the continued operation of Allofmp3.com is a major obstacle to Russia's inclusion in the World Trade Organization.
