"If we can just get this to a vote, it will be pretty hard for people to vote against it. A vote against this is a vote against consumers." -- A pharmaceutical/patent related bill has stalled in the Senate, thanks to heavy industry lobbying. The bill would ban payments from drug manufacturers (i.e. patent holders) to generic drugmakers in exchange for the delay of a generic version of a drug.
